Made To Order Products: Terms And Conditions
A number of items on our website are made to order. This includes all Print on Demand clothing.
Made to order items are identified as such on the product page. Made to order items include, but are not limited to, MMU Unisex hoodie - online exclusive and Class of 2025 hoodie - online exclusive. These items are not stocked instore and are made to order by external suppliers. When you place an order for one of these items it is sent directly to the supplier, who will make the item and ship it directly to you.
Returns
As these items are Made to Order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend you ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Shipping
As these items are made to order and shipped separately from any stock items in your order, we need to charge additional shipping fees for these items. The shipping costs vary for Print on Demand items.
